Our glass frails are constructed of lightweight aluminium. The frail incorporates an integral fold-up base board available in two widths (125mm standard, 175mm optional). It also features rubber facings and a rear wheel access panel as standard. Why not incorporate some of the following add-ons to your glass frail:

• Integral ladder to access the roof rack
• Glass retaining poles or ratchet straps

Installation

The frail is easily constructed using a unique box section aluminium extrusion and is bolted securely along the length of van (approximately in line with rear light shroud). 

Roof Rack Options

Please select the appropriate roof crossbars or modular rack for your particular application. We would recommend a minimum of three crossbars (where applicable) or why not choose a Rhino KammRack  to maximise your storage potential.

Delivery/Fitting Information

We have an extensive product range with over 100 permutations. Consequently all glass rack systems are made to order. Mail order kits are usually dispatched within 5-7 working days from payment of order but can take longer due to demand. Delivery nirmally takes 2 days from dispatch. Fitted systems are generally installed within 7-10 working days from delivery of rack into Vanax Limited.

All glass rack sizes are approximate. 

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm dimensions will be suitable for their van.

For Vanax Installation, the internal offside wall needs to be clear of any racking/obstructions to allow access to secure the glass rack through the side of the van. Where obstructions need to be temporarily removed to gain access, additional labour costs will be charged on a pro-rata basis.
