This cover fits rear seats REGARDLESS of where the seat belt is fitted. It has three Velcro seams, one running vertically up the back and two parallel across the width of the seat, one in line with the head rests and the other at the junction of the back and the base. To fit, open all three seams fully and feed the back section of the seat cover behind the seat belt. Close the seams around the seat belt (top andbottom) and around the headrests and then the vertical seam. Voila.
